a little too much
going on in my head.
hey, i'm sanjay. my brain usually has .
tell me an idea and i'll start thinking about how to build it, who needs it, and what could go wrong. useful sometimes. exhausting sometimes.
i enjoy quiet time to figure things out. put me in a room with an interesting conversation, though, and i'll have plenty to say.
so, i started a company.
i had a computer, a few ideas, and the belief that i could learn along the way. that became vrelab .
building it meant more than writing code. i had to find clients, work out prices, manage projects, and deliver what i'd promised.
doing so much myself taught me how a business works. it also taught me the limits of “i'll do it myself.”
good ideas need good people.
what comes next?
i'm considering a new chapter: building with a team that shares my drive and takes ownership. what that means for vrelab is still something i'm figuring out.
i don't have just one interest. i like making things, understanding businesses, and solving unfamiliar problems.
i'm still learning when to follow an idea and when to give my brain a break. for now, i'm happy to stay curious.

p.s. “i have an idea” usually means i'm about to give myself more work.
